At Plant Sit we are lucky enough to always be looking for team members, especially as our busy period gets underway from March - October.

Who we are looking for.
Whatever role you are looking to fill, we want someone who is passionate about plants & has an interest in lots of different plant environments. It is beneficial if you have worked as a Plant Technician before but not essential, as long as you have the drive to learn.
Our technicians work mostly on their own, going into office, cafes & bars to take care of the plants across London. This means watering, feeding & pruning along with pest control & generally making sure they look great for our clients.
Typically hours start from 7am - 3pm, but we can be flexible where possible with childcare etc.
All kit will be provided for you, plus a uniform so you will have everything you need.
Plant maintenance technician:
Freelance / ad-hoc.
If you have availability for up to 2 full days a week (minimum) but are looking for some flexibility in your life, then this could be the role for you. We pay the London Living Wage of £13.15 per hour, plus travel expenses (Zones 1-6 in London).
Plant maintenance technician:
Full Time.
If you have experience as a Plant Maintnenance Technician (or similar) and are looking for 5 days a week (could also be 4 days) then this full time role could be for you. Salary starts at £27k per annum with 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays & time off at Christmas. We also pay travel expenses (Zones 1-6 in London).
