Repotting and one-off Visits


Pre-Booking

A deposit of £40 needs to be paid by booking in for the assessment call, which will be taken off the final bill at the end.

Cancellation

If after the call you decide you do not want to use our services any more, you have 48 hours to request a cancellation. If you have to cancel 1 week before then we can issue a 50% refund of your deposit, then following that it is non-refundable. Please note: in case we are present at the time of our appointment but no access provided to do the job we will need to charge you the full amount for the agreed hours.

Invoices

Sent via Xero following your session, and to be paid upon receiving them. Credit/debit cards accepted. The deposit will be removed off the final invoice.

Rubbish take-away

Please note we cannot take away rubbish with us when we come to you. If this is a problem, let us know ASAP.


general FAQS

As we are not responsible for the care of your plants before or after our treatment, we cannot accept full responsibility if plants are not 100% happy after repotting. They are living things & any change could be a shock to them, although we will do everything we can to limit this & provide care tips following our visit.

Why don’t my plants look instantly better after repotting them?

Most plants will take time to get used to their new home, so please be patient & keep their care consistent & steady.

Why don’t my plants need as much water?

When plants are in new, fresh soil, please make sure you check before you water. You might have to change your usual routine when they have first been repotted.

Why do you plant into plastic nursery pots?

All plants should be repotted into nursery pots as it is better for watering & drainage. 

What do I do with cache/decorative pots that I no longer need?

We offer a trade-in service, so can take these off your hands for a price.
