Businesses we love.
Love is in the air this February, and we wanted to spread some of that love with a flavour of our favourite businesses. Whatever your Valentine’s looks like, whether you are treating yourself, a best mate or your loved one, take a look at some of these businesses for some unique ideas close to our hearts.
1. Grind.
Grind is one of our clients, and their venues spread across London are absolutely filled with plants. You can enjoy their green spaces whilst you meet your partner for a coffee in the morning, or your best mates for a boozy brunch, they have something for everyone! They also have a fantastic eco ethos, and if you want to gift the coffee lover in your life they do very on-brand pink coffee packages for however they brew their cuppa.
2. shrubs & dubs.
Plant lover & music enthusiast?! Shrubs & Dubs is the first concept store to sell both plants & records, and right on our doorstep in Hackney. Just like us, they embrace the community spirit, so get yourself down if you want to chat about plants, music & everything in between. Looking for a gift? Not only do they have plants & records (obviously) but also sell pots, cards and gift cards (if you are still undecided).
3. the cat & Mutton.
If you know us at all, you know we love a cosy pub. The Cat & Mutton is not only one of our clients, but also one of our favourite boozers in East London. They have everything you would want for a perfect Galentines (13th Feb, in case you were wondering) from locally brewed beer, great food & a space filled with plants to create the best environment for that long-awaited catch-up.
4. The Plant Sitters CLub.
Ok… yes, this is a club created by us. But if you are looking for community, plant chat & a place to learn about how to be the best plant parent, then The Plant Sitters Club is the one for you. Launching in April you can join for one month for just £35 where you get to be part of a private members group, access to a 1-2-1 session with a plant expert, an online workshop plus we will send out a welcome pack with a tote bag & postcards to send out to all of your mates. We would love to have you as part of the club!
